One of the emails I get ALL THE TIME goes a little something like this, "I really want to run (insert time or distance goal) this year but I don't think it's (insert "realistic", "doable", or "in the cards for me"). I'm only a (insert self-limiting adjectives here) and I just don't know if it's worth my time." OR this...
